Everything is good, particularly staff and rooms. The best thing is location - so close to the ferry and the ferry terminal. Separate bedroom.

Everything was fantastic, we had fantastic 1 day here. There was fresh made breakfast with the coffee maker and fresh made waffles, for instance.

This hotel was good base for exploring Nanaimo, appreciated it. We were greeted by friendly owner. The idea to include a microwave, tea and coffee making facilities, and a refrigerator in the standard king room was nice.
